Legacy/Explorers Reading Blocks 3 and 4: Continue reading Cry, the Beloved Country–you must have the entire book + 3 notecards completed by Monday, October 13.

Legacy/Explorers Writing Blocks 3 and 4: Keep thinking about how to make your nonfiction writing topic an issue.  If you were undecided about your issue today, plan to meet with Ms. Rekkas during our next writing workshop block.

Genesis Reading Blocks 2 and 4: Prepare your character’s evidence for our upcoming mock trial.  Use the defense tips for a guide.  Complete the case organizer sheet for Friday.

Genesis Writing Blocks 3 and 5: We are working on revising our personal narratives, and I am available for writing conferences outside of class as well!
